This work also covers the introduction of new technologies into the enterprise and management of the organizational and technical changes that follow.
Transformation services cover assessment of the current application portfolio, evaluation of technology assets ahead of transformation, and development of business cases to justify and prioritize initiatives.

Statement of Work (SOW) Instructions
The value of any one SOW may not exceed $10 million for voluntary eligible customers, $5 million for state agencies, including all extensions, renewals and change orders.
Please review the following process for executing a procurement from the DIR DBITS contract:
DIR Guidelines for obtaining quotes and placing Purchase Orders
- In order to be awarded a Purchase Order hereunder, IntelliSavvy (Vendor) must submit a written response to the applicable Statement of Work issued by Customers.
- The resulting Purchase Order must reference DIR contract number: DIR-CPO-5971.
- Vendor shall respond only to Statements of Work for Technology Categories awarded under this Contract.
- Vendor understands that no work under any SOW issued by Customer shall commence until receipt of Purchase Order.

Warranty & Return Policy
IntelliSavvy stands behind the quality of all software application development services delivered under this contract. We adhere to DIR warranty and return policy, including the 30 calendar day period for Customers to report issues after receiving an invoice.
